In this video, I will show you how to use a foam roller (or rolled towel) to release the ache and tension you acquire from overuse on a computer. Now that we’re all working remotely, time spent in front of the screen is up and so is upper back pain. Take a few minutes to release your upper back with this easy exercise that you can do at home. All Meraki Videos are designed to guide you in your own release efforts, but I urge you to go slowly and listen to your own body throughout the process. When we tune in to what our body is telling us, we find true release.
